Keith Abbott joined Charles Weber in June 1999 as a broker and has served on CRW's Board of Directors since 2006. Prior to joining Weber, Keith worked as a broker for Poten and Partners in New York City from 1991. He graduated from Eckerd College in 1986 with a BA in Business Management with a concentration in Finance.

Kevin joined Charles Weber in 2001 as a broker. Prior to joining Weber, Kevin worked at Islandia Chartering and Maritime Direct. Kevin graduated from SUNY Maritime College in 2000 with an Unlimited Third Mate's license.

Larry joined Charles Weber in 1988 in the operations department, became a broker in 1990, and a Director in 2001. Before Weber, Larry worked for Gibbs and Cox, a naval architecture firm. He graduated from the US Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point in 1986 with a BS in Nautical Sciences and a Third Mate's License.

Daniel joined Charles Weber in 1994 in operations and became a broker in 1997 following training at EA Gibson in London. He helped develop the clean products desk and became a company Director in 2008, focusing on clean petroleum products and specialized trade. In 2022 he moved to the Crude Desk. He graduated from Catholic University of America in 1993 with a degree in political science.

Per joined Weber in October of 2024 as Project/S&P and Business Development Manager. Per has 35 years of shipbroker experience with major US and Norwegian shipbroker firms including investment banking firm Arctic Securities LLC, USA. He covers a wide range of brokering services for sectors within the Tanker, Dry Bulk, LNG and LPG shipping markets. Per holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota.

Jim joined Charles Weber in 2015. Prior to joining Weber, Jim was Managing Director of OSG Lightering in Houston from 2007–2014, and Chartering Manager and Crude Oil Trader for Fina Oil and Chemical in Dallas. He holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas and an MBA from Texas Christian University.

James worked for several years at Marex and Gibson's, in London. James graduated from the University of Westminster, London.

Mike joined Charles Weber in February 2014 as a broker. Before Weber, Mike worked at MJLF & Associates for six years on their larger tanker DPP desk, and as a senior analyst in fixed-income commodities trading at Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers. He graduated from Fairfield University's Dolan School of Business in 2004 with a BS in Business Marketing.

Brendan Hogan joined Charles Weber in 2026, bringing a diverse background in commercial shipping, chartering, finance, and client relationship management. Prior to joining CRW, Brendan served as a Chartering Manager at SMC Maritime, where he was responsible for spot and short-term time charter business across the Atlantic Basin while also fixing vessels globally, including the Far East, Singapore, and the Arabian Gulf. He successfully negotiated charter parties, collaborated closely with owners, operators, technical managers, and oil majors, and consistently delivered strong commercial results in fast-moving markets. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kean University and an Associate of Arts degree from Ocean County College.

Alex Schwinn started at Charles Weber as an intern in March of 2019 during his senior year and officially joined the Houston team in May of 2019, after graduating from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Maritime Administration.

Patrick joins Charles Weber after 19 years at United Product Tankers Americas, where he oversaw the company's US expansion and daily operations for the Americas markets. He graduated from New York University in 1992 with a BS in International Business and Marketing, and from Baruch College CUNY in 1997 with an MBA in International Marketing.

Diana joined Charles Weber in 2014 in the operations department. Previously a vessel operator at OSG Ship Management and Heidmar, she began her maritime career as a boarding agent for GAC in New York. She graduated from SUNY Maritime College with a BS in Maritime Transportation and an Unlimited Third Mate's License in 2001.

Before joining Charles Weber, Max Yarbrough was Director Ship to Ship Transfers at Excelerate Energy, responsible for worldwide STS operations. He developed and led many firsts in the LNG industry, such as the first commercial LNG STS in Trinidad, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Subic Bay, Philippines, Limassol, Cyprus, and Israel. Additionally, he developed and pioneered new devices to improve safety and efficiencies with each LNG STS operation. Before Excelerate, he was Commercial Manager at SPT and El Paso Marine, a subsidiary of El Paso Corporation. He graduated from Texas A&M University, Galveston, Texas, with a B.S. in Marine Transportation and achieved a USCG License Unlimited Tonnage. He has sailing experience on container ships and tankers.

Harold specializes in demurrage matters for the operations department at Charles Weber in Stamford.

Brandon manages the Treasury and Corporate department at Charles Weber, overseeing accounting and financial operations at the Stamford headquarters.

Marisa serves as Administrative Manager at the Charles Weber headquarters in Stamford, CT.

Rob joined Charles Weber in 2019 as a market and legal analyst. Previously a financial products and derivatives attorney for Clifford Chance Rogers & Wells and McDermott Will & Emery, and a credit and collections manager and bunker analyst for Trans-Tec Services. He holds a BA in Marine Affairs from the University of Rhode Island and a JD from the University of Miami School of Law.

Matt joined Charles Weber in 2024 as a research analyst. Prior to joining Weber, Matt interned at MJLF & Associates.
