Born and raised in the U.S. East Coast, Keith graduated from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Fla. in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management with a concentration in Finance.

Max Yarbrough

Before joining Charles R. Weber, Max Yarbrough was Director Ship to Ship Transfers at Excelerate Energy, responsible for worldwide STS operations. He developed and led many firsts in the LNG industry, such as the first commercial LNG STS in Trinidad, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Subic Bay, Philippines, Limassol, Cyprus, and Israel. Additionally, developed and pioneered new devices to improve safety and efficiencies with each LNG STS operation. Before Excelerate, he was Commercial Manager at SPT and El Paso Marine subsidiary of El Paso Corporation. He graduated from Texas A&M University, Galveston, Texas, with a B.S. in Marine Transportation and achieved USCG License Unlimited Tonnage. He has sailing experience on container ships and tankers.
